ITIL V3 Service Design, Kurs

Toto školení vede nejenom k získání samostatné kvalifikace pro oblast Service Design, avšak je zároveň jedním z modulů životního cyklu vedoucích k získání kvalifikace odborné úrovně ITIL Expert. Školení se zabývá všemi aspekty oblasti Service Design a vychází z manuálu ITIL V3.

Součástí školení je formální přezkoušení (komplexní přezkoušení bez možnosti použití učebnic formou multiple-choice s osmi otázkami, na které je třeba odpovědět v čase 90 minut; pro úspěšné vykonání zkoušky musí studenti dosáhnout 70% správnosti odpovědí). Cena zkoušky není zahrnuta v ceně kurzu. Zkouška se koná třetí den školení. Školení vedená v anglickém jazyce podléhají 20% příplatku k uvedené ceně. / Courses held in English have 20% extra fee to the above price.

This course offers training towards a free-standing Service Design qualification, but is also one of the Lifecycle modules leading to the ITIL Expert qualification. The course covers all aspects of Service Design and is based upon the ITIL V3 core book of the same name.

This course contains formal examination (closed book complex graded multiple-choice examination with 8 questions to be answered in 90 minutes; students must get 70% correct in order to pass). Price of exam is included in the price of the course. Exam is organized at 3rd day of the course.

Při neúspěšném složení zkoušky lze zkoušku opakovat při následujícím termínu konání kurzu. Cena samostatné zkoušky je 4 305 Kč / 4 JTP. When you do not pass the exam, it is possible to repeat it in the next course term. The price of the exam itself is 4 305 CZK / 4 JTP.

• All IT Staff, system and network administrators, application design and support staff, managers and executives who are responsible for the delivery and support of IT services in an organization.

The course will be of particular interest to staff working or managing an IT Service Design role or wishing to include this module as part of their ITIL expert qualification.

Upon successful completion of this course participants will:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the managerial and supervisory issues regarding IT Service Design processes and activities.
• Be able to understand the important interfaces between Service Design and the other stages within the ITIL Service Lifecycle.
• Be prepared to sit the formal ITIL Service Design examination.
