| Course goal |
Participants will have the opportunity to perform the Spiral Dynamics Value Profile before workshop, in order to get evidence of one’s personal level of development and maturity. The results will be interpreted during the workshop. Corporate Culture based on values creates trust of employees, customers and within society. “Corporate responsibility” will be an essential criterion of differentiation in competition. The kind of how it comes to performance and success of a company will influence buying decisions of customers and shareholders (corporate social responsibility – stakeholder value orientation!) Presentation of Graves-Value-System (learn more at http://www.clarewgraves.com) Emotional competence (soft skills) of entrepreneurs, leaders and managers will be a key qualification for success, which is also mentioned by German future trend expert Leo Nefiodow. |
